Return's Policy


Want to return something? It's easy! Your happiness is our priority, and whilst we hope that you are happy with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items we are happy to offer you a store credit available for use for future purchases within a 6 month period.  All items for return must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.  Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging. Shoes, baby supplies, furniture or any other product should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product. No refunds or store credit will be issued on discounted or *final sale merchandise.  For further information please contact us.

Please note:

ALL Underwear, hair accessories, hair products, hats, caps, tights, socks, baby supplies, baby toys, are FINAL SALE due to hygiene reasons and cannot under any circumstances be returned.

Mailing Your Return:

At this time, we do not offer free returns via mail and all return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. We highly encourage you to use a traceable shipping method and to retain your return tracking information until your refund is processed.

Please note: Items purchased at a retail store location cannot be returned via mail.


A store credit that is valid for 6 months is provided for exchanges, however, if deemed necessary a refund would only be permitted and left to the sole discretion of the store manager.
