RETURNS POLICY

Your happiness is our priority, and whilst we hope that you are happy with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items we are happy to offer you a store credit available for use for future purchases within a 6 month period.  All items for return must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.  Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging. Shoes, baby supplies, furniture or any other product should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product. No refunds or store credit will be issued on discounted or *final sale merchandise.  For further information please contact us.

Please note:

ALL Underwear, hair accessories, hair products, hats, caps, tights, socks, baby supplies, baby toys, are FINAL SALE due to hygiene reasons and cannot under any circumstances be returned.

Mailing Your Return:

At this time, we do not offer free returns via mail and all return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. We highly encourage you to use a traceable shipping method and to retain your return tracking information until your refund is processed.

Please note: Items purchased at a retail store location cannot be returned via mail.

Refunds:

A store credit that is valid for 6 months is provided for exchanges, however, if deemed necessary a refund would only be permitted and left to the sole discretion of the store manager.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Your contract for purchases made through Bumblebeekidz.com is with Bumble Bee Kids and Baby Store and you undertake that all Products ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale. Prices displayed on our Website are in Bahamian Dollars and unless otherwise indicated are inclusive of any taxes. Prices quoted are exclusive of postage and packing which will be charged at the rates specified in the delivery section. Payments can be made in Cash or via our website using Paypal.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDERS

Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.

We must receive payment of the full total price for the Products that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order.

We reserve the right to refuse an order or cancel a contract. Non-acceptance of an order or cancellation of a contract may, for example, result from one of the following:

  • The Product ordered being temporarily or permanently out of stock

  • Our inability to obtain authorization of payment

  • The identification of an error within the Product information, including price or promotion

 

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. If we do refuse an order or cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us in the same payment form as soon as possible but in any event within 7 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

If we accept an order from you for a Product which is then reduced in the sale before you receive it, please contact us. We will tell you whether or not the Product has been dispatched and the following provisions shall apply:

If the Product has not been dispatched, we will refund to you the difference between the price you paid and the then current sale price, subject to our right to cancel set out above.

If the Product has been dispatched, then when you receive the Product, you should return it in accordance with the returns policy.

SPECIAL OFFERS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Only one special offer/discount code or free delivery offer may be used per order unless stated otherwise and such codes are valid for one transaction only. Special offers/discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or voucher. Special offers/discount codes are not transferable and should not be distributed to the wider public; they should not be sold on auction sites for profit or reproduced on any website. No cash or any other alternative can be given. Special offers/discount codes apply to Bumblebeekidz.com only, unless otherwise stated. Special offers/discount codes exclude any charge for home delivery. We reserve the right to remove or amend conditions of special offers/discount codes as necessary; this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Special offers/discount codes for free delivery apply to the standard delivery service in Nassau Bahamas. Special offers/discount codes are not valid for purchases made from a Bumble Bee sale or archived sale item. Special offers/discount codes published on our website and will be valid until the end of the season specified, excluding 'sale' period.

 

DELIVERIES

All items to be delivered within the Nassau Bahamas area that are successfully purchased will be delivered within a period of 3-5 business days at the rate specified upon check out, otherwise, the client is entitled to a full refund. With the exception of attempted deliveries and expedite shipping (1-2 business days). In a case where an item was attempted to be delivered the customer will have to pay an additional delivery fee and wait another 3 business days for their delivery in addition to the first 3-5 days. Please see attempted delivery policy. In terms of international or family island shipping deliveries, all items will be sent for shipping within 5-7 business days with the exception of expedite shipping (1-2 business days). Once items are shipped, they are no longer the responsibility of Bumble Bee Kids and Baby Store but rather the responsibility of the shipping company and client. Please note that same day shipping or delivery will also be offered and available before 5pm each day of the week. Orders placed after 5pm will be delivered the next day.

 

Attempted Deliveries

All deliveries require a signature. A date and time will be set up with the customer to determine the best time for delivery. If you are not available to receive your purchase you may be offered an alternative time slot. If delivery is attempted on more than 2 occasions and you fail to claim the items, the client must then pick up the items them self from our storage facility.  We cannot refund you for any items that have not been delivered to you after more than 2 attempts. However, if you would still like the products to be delivered to you, we will re-dispatch the purchased items, but there will be another delivery charge added to your bill.

MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Every item sold through Bumblebeekidz.com is thoroughly checked for faults before it is sent to our customer, however, if the product is damaged or items are missing from your order on receipt, we must be informed as soon as possible.

We always strive to provide the best service we can, but sometimes we can make mistakes. Please feel free to contact us and inform us of any damaged, faulty or missing products from your order.

If you report the problem to us under this Condition, our only obligation will be either:

  • to replace any Products that are damaged or defective; or

  • to refund to you the amount paid by you for the Products in question.

We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the Products in question in accordance with these Conditions.
